Statement of financial position
The Mobil Dick, Ltd.and Mobile Leasing Private Company is a group of companies operating on the Belarusian market of leasing services since 2004.
The Mobil Dick, Ltd. is registered by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee No.1322 from June14,2007 in the State United Register of Legal Persons and Individual Manufacturers No.190340887 with supplements and amendments registered by the Minsk City Executive Committee on April16,2009. The Authorized Fund of the Company equals to BYR 92,500,000(ninety two million five hundred thousand Belarusian rubles).
The Mobile Leasing Private Company is registered by the decision of the Minsk City Executive Committee No.1542 from July12,2007 in the State United Register of Legal Persons and Individual Manufacturers No.190530143. The Authorized Fund of the Company equals to BYR 257,040,000(two hundred fifty seven million forty thousand Belarusian rubles).
Leasing activity is not to be liable to licensing.

Our companies are active members of the Belarusian Union of Lessors Public Association founded in 1997 (www.liz.by).
We perform our leasing activity in the following fields:
- technological equipment leasing (computers, polygraphic, woodworking, metal-working, refrigeratory, etc. machinery and other equipment);
- transportation and special-purpose machinery and equipment leasing;
- real estate leasing

The business relations are established and credit agreements signed with the following banks of the Republic of Belarus: Savings Bank Belarusbank Public J/S Company, Belagroprombank Public J/S Company, Belinvestbank Public J/S Company, Belvnesheconombank Public J/S Company, Alphabank Private J/S Company, Belgasprombank Public J/S Company, CredexBank Private J/S Company, ABSOLUTBANK Private J/S Company, Eurobank Private Unitary Enterprise, Belarusian Bank of Small Business Private J/S Company, Priorbank Public J/S Company. Moreover, we have established constructive relations and signed a number of credit agreements with the Baltic International Bank J/S Company (Latvia). This cooperation contributed to financing large-scale projects in the financial market.
Our companies have never had overdue neither bank indebtedness, nor borrower indebtedness as well. Therefore, we expect the same from lessees whose payments cover our indebtedness.
To expand our financial capacities and attract investments from other sources, the Mobil Dick, Ltd issued their own bonds on July1, 2009. These are bearer, callable, documentary interest bearing bonds in USD, intended for legal bodies, both residents and non-residents; the interest rate of these bonds equals to 16 percent per annum, the coupon date is every three months. The maturity of bonds is 24months.
Presently, we started a new kind of activity, such as loans granted to natural persons against their motor transport (i.e. auto pawnshop). This innovation has already won popularity with our customers. It does not take a person much time to go through the necessary formalities. After the owner of the car completes the needed documents, he leaves his car on our guarded parking space and gets up to 70 percent of its market value for the term of 14-30 days.
Along with its primary activity, the Mobile Leasing Private J/S Company renders services on insurance of objects of lease, pledge and other property of our customers which are as follows: Kupala J/S Company, Belgosstrakh Unitary Enterprise, Belcoopstrakh, Ltd. and ERGO enterprise.
